ADLIB RACK
One click and the adlib sits.
Every style is a complete, tuned chain: tempo-synced delays, reverb, chorus, saturation, auto-pan. You pick the character, not the modules. Listen to each style: the same take, once without and once with Adlib Rack.
Fall Back
The adlib falls in behind the lead. The delays duck under the voice and bloom after it, with a long tail on top.
Skrrt
Cold and fast. Spring reverb, a short room, a ventilator flutter and a thin 1/16 delay that wanders from left to right.
It's lit
Wide and airy. Hall and a swirl of phaser and chorus, an eighth-note delay, Tame against harshness and Crisp for air on top.
Ghostboy
Broken and huge. Distortion, a bitcrusher, a seven-second tail and a half-note delay, 30 ms later on the right.
COLOR. Close on the left, Wide on the right.
One bipolar knob instead of twenty parameters. It moves the whole chain at once, and it makes sense in both directions. Try it here and watch what happens in the pro drawer.
Turn the knob: drag, scroll or arrow keys. Double-click returns to the centre.
Behind PRO SETTINGS sits every value of the chain. For everyone who knows what a hi cut is. For everyone else, COLOR is enough. The fine line is the factory setting, the arrow shows how far COLOR moves a value away from it: some grow to the left, others to the right, tempo stays put. Hover a value to read what it does to the sound.
Short, dense, saturated
Shorter tails, less feedback, more saturation. The adlib moves closer to the voice.
Calibrated
The centre is the sound we tuned for each style. From here it goes both ways, never into nothing.
Long, wide, far
Longer tails, more delays, more width. The adlib opens up the space behind the lead.
Wherever you turn: never drier, only different.
